My role at CHS focuses on fostering a vibrant and inclusive school community where every student THRIVES academically, socially, and emotionally, equipped with the character, resilience, and aspirations to succeed in life beyond school.

Within my role I support students with their careers journey and promote excellence within our community and beyond. This incorporates character development, careers, culture and climate. 

CHS takes a holistic approach to student development, recognising that academic success is intertwined with character, well-being, and future aspirations. We work hard to foster a strong sense of community, developing essential life skills, and providing high-quality careers guidance, my role is a crucial part in preparing students for success in all aspects of their lives.  

I have been fortunate enough to have taught at educational institutions in Beijing and Shanghai. This enriching experience has afforded me the unique opportunity to impart an international perspective upon students, thereby enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of national and international opportunities that exist within our interconnected world. Furthermore, this experience empowers me to effectively support and guide students in their development as globally-minded and culturally-aware citizens.
